No, unfortunately the normal ArcGIS Pro geoprocessing tools don't support that functionality. You will have to use the arcgis.learn API directly or in a notebook. The prepare_data function has a transforms parameter which allows FastAI transforms to use. See also here: How to do data augmentation for deep learning model
