Why a MTD_MSIL2A.xml file does not show a BOA Reflectance-20m file in ArcGIS Pro 2.8

Hello everyone and @GuenterDoerffel,

Please, I just wonder why I cannot see all three files of the different image resolutions when I click on the MTD_MSIL2A.xml file of Sentinel2 Satellite? I downloaded it from  Copernicus Open Access Hub.

The small arrow disappears directly once I click on the file.

I need a little help.

I too would like to find the answer to this question: I have seen this behaviour described in some publications (were supposedly opening the MTD_MSIL2A.xml file of Sentinel2 package data in ArcGIS Pro should reveal all layers) but indeed with the latest version of the software the XML appears "empty".

Have you ever found a solution?

The file path may be too long.
I resolved this problem by moving my directory to root to minimize the path length, for example:
D:\S2A_MSIL1C_20170609T171301_N0205_R112_T15TTE_20170609T172015.SAFE
