Trouble loading point cloud data in Pro

Hi All

I'm having difficulties loading point cloud data that we took through our drone and processed through drone2map. Below is what I'm seeing.

I've played around with the view tab, with clipping between automatic and manual however this hasn't quite solved my issue. I know the data is there however when clicking for values of these "empty spaces", similar to what you would do for the cloud data, nothing pops up.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try turning off the elevation layer.  Sometimes that helps reveal data that is below the elevation surface heights.
