Error with initial processing: code e9039.

Every time i try and run a process, i get this error after initial processing.

2020-06-07 21:49:58,137 INFO  - {"exit":{"code":"e9039" Some result files or folders are already opened. Close all opened result files and file explorer windows and start processing again.

2020-06-07 21:49:59,904 ERROR -  The quality report in PDF could not be removed.

Im unable to progress any further with Drone2Map as a result. Im working with the latest version.

Hello David,

I think this means the PDF processing report is locked or in use. Be careful if you have saved your project on a network drive, the file could be open on another computer. See if you can close any applications using the files in the project folder. Close all Esri Software, and try again.
