Hello, does anyone know if the DJI P4-RTK-SE works with Site Scan? A supplier source says so, but Esri does not show this model in the Site Scan compatibility list.

Hi @jreolizo ,

DJI's Phantom 4 RTK with SDK controller is supported within the Site Scan Flight for ArcGIS mobile app. You can find hereSite Scan Flight for ArcGIS – Matrix of Supported Drones, Cameras, and Lenses (March 14, 2023)  the full list of supported drones and their sensor combinations for the Flight app.

DJI Phantom 4 RTK SE model is a regional version currently being sold outside of the US. We've yet tested this model with the Flight app but there doesn't seem to be much technical difference between both SE and non-SE models.

First, confirm with your supplier if the version you are purchasing (or have purchased) includes the SDK controller. One easy way to find out if your bundle has the correct controller is, if the controller has a built-in screen, then this is the Smart controller version and you may need to get one without any screens attached.

@johnpol is correct, if you have any drones that are not yet supported in the Flight app, you can still upload and process the imagery in Site Scan Manager.

If you have any other questions feel free to let us know.

Best regards,

An option is, that only use Site Scan Manager, I mean that only upload the images capture from DJI-P4-RTK-SE, with Exif metadata format, you will not have problems
