ArcGIS Pro 2.8.2: How to digitize (map) in 3D?

I couldn’t figure out if the Pro has the capacity to digitize in 3D environment as we do with ERDAS (Pro600 + MicroStation), for example, with 3D mouse and 3D Glasses.

You can

Create 3D densified line segments

Create multipatch or 3D Object features

My point here is related to photogrammetry in how to digitize from the STEREO of aerial photos as one can see the 3D when having two overlapped aerial photos.

It has no explanation in how to start 3D stereo digitizing. No such information is available
