An excellent new blog was just shared on our Esri Young Professionals Network called, My Journey into Remote Sensing for Humanitarian Health written by a recent graduate from Yale! I highly recommend giving it a read, as it is a story of how tapping into the potential of remotely sense data can unlock new solutions that help people around the globe - in this case specifically around work that identifies food shortages in economically depressed and geopolitically tense areas.
