Mosaic Dataset Properties - Time Property for Unique Values

It would be nice to be able to use the tool 'Set Mosaic Dataset Properties' to setup a mosaic dataset to use Time and to use unique times within the data as the Time Interval.

Currently, you can set this property up by opening the properties dialog from the contents pane for a mosaic dataset. However, you can't set this up by using the geoprocessing tool - which has the huge advantage of setting up default properties users don't have to do themselves for mosaic datasets.
