Dedicated App or Hub Site to Download ESRI Hosted Imagery Layers

Most of the time when trying to download a local copy of Living Atlas imagery (let's say Terrain) for a Area Of Interest you have to use either Extract By Mask or Copy Raster and etc. However, most the times if the area is big, you run into the rows and columns error. This is not convenient as then you have to clip the imagery to smaller areas or a fishnet and then mosaic them which adds more time to the project.

I think ESRI should have a dedicated hub site from where users can download imagery in different formats by uploading a shapefile or by drawing a polygon. It'd be somewhat similar as to how NASA and USGS provide spatial download options.
