Sentinel 2 level 2A products are becoming very, very important and ArcGIS should support this format (DIMAP). ArcGIS has only support for Sentinel 2 level 1C products. GDAL supports both.
The format should be the same as the output from the latest SEN2COR software (current version: 2.2.1) that processes level 1C products into level 2A (bottom-of-atmosphere-reflectances in cartographic geometry).
