Delete Cloud CRF/image data when item is deleted from Portal/Server

Currently, if your Portal is configured to use a Cloud Store for imagery hosting, the data is not deleted if an item is deleted from the Portal/Server.  This can/will lead to many orphaned or garbage datasets in your cloud store if it's not actively managed very closely.

Regardless of where the Enterprise is configured to 'store' data, if an item is deleted, the data associated with that item should be deleted as well, or at least have an option to choose to delete it or not.
