In ArcGIS Online Organization tab I created a member in my organization (as administrator).
I want to give download permission (e.g. student in my class).
The new member receives an email requesting they join the organization. Why if they are already part of the organization?
The new member sends the request and receives confirmation.
The administrator (me) never receives the request (or can't find it).
Any clarification would be appreciated.
