Hi all,

I wanted to reach out and see how other are handling access to the ESRI Hub Application within their organization. Right now our organization is set so that anyone can create an ESRI Hub. This in turn leads to many people creating hubs and quickly abandoning them, leaving lots of abandoned content/groups within our organization (which i'm not a fan of).

At the same time, I don't want to have someone reach out to me for permissions every time they need to create a hub.

Has anyone found a happy medium?

Ben

Hi,

The best practice says if you are an admin and you wish to give hub access to 10 of your core team members out of 100 then assign them as a publish role and give hub access.

Hi DrVSSKiran,

I think you may have misunderstood my question. The "Core Team" controls who has editing access to a particular Hub Initiative. My questions was more along the lines of access to the hub platform as a whole for a Higher Education institution.
