Hi,
I'm trying to publish a map service on a ArcGIS Server that uses character marker symbols. I use a custom font (TrueType) that I created myself, so the font displayed on the server is Arial instead of my custom font. It would be complicated to install this font on the server because I work in a complex environment.
I came across some documentation that specify this: "For fonts to be used successfully within a GIS service, the font must either reside on the server or the font must be embedded within the GIS resource."
If I can't manage to install the font on the server, does anyone knows how to "embed the font within the GIS resource"?
