Create website for looking to ICU in hospitals

I have started a project to design a window for searching for intensive care units in hospitals within the city of Khartoum, and I need assistance from experienced individuals in designing databases and creating interactive web maps. I hope to find many constructive opinions and ideas on this platform, and I request your help in this project with your expertise and skills.

@Ahmedyosif - I would encourage you to review the gallery of ArcGIS Solutions and use one of them to inform your solution designs.   While we don't have an ArcGIS Solution specifically for ICU capacity, you can study the solutions to learn common technology patterns.  Then deploy a similar solution and configure it to meet your needs.   If you could share more details / requirements on your project, I might be able to point you to a solution we have that provides similar capabilities.
