Job Description
The person hired for this position will be tasked with the responsibility of acting as the primary developer for GIS-related web and desktop application. Candidates must have five (5) years or more professional experience with expert-level proficiency in building GIS solutions with the ArcGIS Desktop, Server, and Engine environments, as well as with the administration, maintenance, and management of ArcGIS Online sites.
Technical Skills-
·ArcGIS for Server to develop applications that support real-time GIS data, publish and share aerial imagery, and access spatial information stored in database
·ArcGIS for Desktop building custom tools for geodatabase management operations
·Microsoft .NET framework (ASP.Net and C#)
·Windows 2008/2012 Server and IIS
·Web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, XML, Bootstrap, etc.
·Ability to build web services and map services
·Experience in developing GIS mobile application for Android and Apple devices
·SQL programming with Oracle and SQL Server databases
