Looking for unpublished UN geology documents 1960s-70s

Hi, I'm looking for two obscure, unpublished documents -- thought I'd try my luck here. Does anyone have access to either of the following or know how to track them down?:

A client found references to these materials in another document.

I haven't found them, but I wasn't sure how much you'd managed to uncover yet. The author's Russian so these might be translated documents. On the other hand, they appear to be reports for the Office of Technical Cooperation for Development. His full name is Aleksej Aleksandrovič Beus (found via Worldcat).

I thought if anyplace had them it would be the Colorado School of Mines library, but no go.
