Redeeming the GIS Day 2021 keycodes

This issue could be specific to Esri users in India.

Our organization received a ArcGIS for Personal Use redeem code that was supposed to be redeemed by Jan 11, 2022 (for participating in GIS Day 2021). I have also shared the code with a few students and our internal team members as a reward.

Today, when I tried purchasing an ArcGIS Personal Use license, I was redirected to Esri India Store. Not a problem. But when I am redeeming my code, it shows as invalid code.

Is there a way, I can redeem the GIS Day 2021 codes that was shared by Esri?

An update!

Esri India Store was launched recently, where the offer wasn't configured by then.

The promocode offer has now been configured for Esri India Store as well. One should be able to redeem their promocodes as well.
