How to calculate the amount of road segment in the each rectangle of the fishnet？

I have a road network and create fishnet. And I want to calculate the amount of road segment in the each rectangle of the fishnet. Then I hope to put the amount in the rectangle to a field of the fishnet.

Is there a way to finish this work in the ArcMap or ArcEngine? And what tools should I use?
