When I schedule the feature class to geodatabase tool to a certain time it seems like it doesn’t work properly. When the time comes for it to run, it shows the process name and (0) and nothing happens. It shows the clock icon and the status states it’s active. However, when I click run it works almost immediately.

"Sign me in automatically" checked?

Do you have admin priviledges? license type?

Sign me in automatically is checked, I have full access to the drive, and I have a standard license.

Are you referencing any mapped drives in the script (other than local drives)?  Mapped drives are user specific and are not available when not logged in.

I’m not using a script. I’m trying to schedule a feature class from a FGDB to update in another FGDB, which both geodatabases are in a mapped network drive.

Try using the UNC path instead of the mapped drives.  See if that resolves the issue.

Also, assume you are setting it up in Pro.  In whatever tool you are trying to schedule, did you click the folder icon and navigate to the path/source of the data, or pick it from the drop down menu?

Items in the drop down menu are only accessible when that project is open in Pro.

If the latter, try navigating to the actual data source with the folder icon.

Yes I’m in pro. I’ve done both ways before and either method never seemed to do what it was supposed to. Would having both file geodatabases on my local drive make a difference?
