Extracting X, Y, & Z Values From a Shapefile

Greetings,

I'm running 10 and I have a polyline shapefile that is Z enabled.  I would like to extract the X, Y, & Z values of each vertex into an excel spreadsheet for a side project.  I see these values in the Edit Sketch Properties window but I can't extract them. 

Anyone have any ideas?

2.) Add XY Coordinates
3.) Export to Excel
