I noticed in the UPDM 2019 UN Data Model provided by ESRI that the Utility Network's Feature Dataset has a class called DetailedMapText that uses a class extension that I haven't seen before. I am trying to figure out what this is used for. Can someone please help me out with that? I also noticed it is the only class I have come across so far that I cannot look at in ArcMap. It has to be used in Pro. So, I assume it is something specific to the new features in Pro.
