Linking a Document in Pro

Trying to link a PDF to a feature in ArcPro, So when you click on the feature in the map it goes to the PDF. Someone tell me how to go about that?

You should be able to configure this in a pop-up. Configure pop-ups—ArcGIS Pro | ArcGIS Desktop 

Then

Click a feature on the map with the Explore tool  to view and use pop-ups.
