Direct Connect stopped working after ArcGIS 10.5 Upgrade (ORA-03114))

Hi There, One of our users upgraded to ArcGIS 10.5 and after upgrade direct connect to SDE stopped working. I am curious if there are any other users noticing this issue. Here is the screenshot of the error. Our oracle version is 11.2.0.3. 

Appreciate any feedback.

For a start, 11.2.0.3 is not supported with Desktop 10.5. Oracle 11.2.0.4 is the base version supported with Desktop 10.5.

What version of Oracle Client is being used?

Are you using Instant Client or Oracle Full Client?

Can you connect using SQLPlus from the same machine?

Did you ever upgrade your Oracle database to at least 11.2.0.4?

If so, did you encounter any other issues with the SDE Oracle database with ArcGIS 10.5?
