below are the minutes from UNC's planning meeting on 1st of February 2023.

20	Planning UNC online meetings 2023	Impression: Everyone are actually busy going live with ArcGIS + UN. This affects cooperation and progress, but a cooperation with other utilities using the UN framework is benefitial to us. In addition we’re not paying Similx to cover for our business anymore. Target: Keep cooperation active through 2023. If possible, increased activity level a little by little. Physical gatherings IMGIS - UNC-session, par of agenda UNC gathering after summer? Online meetings Monthly meeting, last Friday, 1h30m. Set agenda: Round table on status Meeting responsible shares one topic of interest Working groups Agenda, IMGIS	We need to continue the good work, even if we’re all so busy. We need to add a structure to it, or at least a shared responsibility.	IMGIS Timing: Around 1h, a breakout-meeting. Mark and Anastasiia come back with a suggestion. Agenda: How do we organize UNC. UNC-gathering Aim for this in september. ESO positive to hosting. Mainly technical, with ESRI, roadmap, discussion, working group etc. Similar participation from ESRI as 2022. Mike and John (model) Remi (UN roadmap) Mark, Anastasiia, Hermien etc. Other areas? Montly online meetings Regular, Last Friday each month 14. - 15.30 Agenda: Project status, round around the table Status, ESRI Host’s topic (if relevant) Open mic, quesitons One contact person per company. 10	IMGIS	2023 Esri International Infrastructure Management & GIS Conference: April 2023 in Frankfurt, Germany UNC activities There is room on the agenda for the UNC Anastasiia on details.	To catch up with each other and to promote UN(C) to a larger market	Everyone encouraged to submit abstracts for presentations. For the UNC, three things of importance: Technical discussions, with Mike and John Round table 1h, UNC meet-up. On agenda. Strategic business discussions, more high-level UNC strategic engangement and activity planning 1 h, see above. Electric and Gas round-table. on agenda. Can be other participants than UNC. ESRI still finalizing the program and participation.
10	Community site	European Utility Network Community (UNC) content and structur	Oportuity to share and keep dialogue alive between meetings	Can also be to organize, use calender etc. Prelim on dates and gatherings. Lydia and Anastasiia looks into merging the Community page and the old UNC-site. Everyone encouraged to use.
