Hi @DamilolaFadipe, I'm happy to share some Esri Academy resources with you! For starters, definitely sign up to attend this free Python 101 for ArcGIS live training seminar happening on December 12. It'll be a little later in the day for you, but please join if you can. The same presenters did a live seminar in June, and you can find the recording here for Python Tips and Tricks for ArcGIS.

@DamilolaFadipe - I also recommend checking out the ESRI Github where they post many helpful examples for specific packages such as the ArcGIS API for Python.

I check this repository often when trying to find best practices or diagnose bugs/improvements as they role out new versions.
