I'm learning arcgis at home and just installed. If Im having difficulties related to the install (probably), where is the best place to find answers?

Hi Sharon, based on your screenshot, you need to open the Brazilian Rainforest map document with ArcMap (under the ArcGIS group in the Windows Start menu).
