Specialty exams no longer have an eligibility prerequisite that requires candidates to achieve a Core exam at version 10.3 prior to registering and sitting for an exam.  But what if you currently hold a certification at an older version (10.0, 10.1, 10.2)?

Don’t worry, Esri certifications never expire.  However, if you are looking to become certified in one of our Specialty topics, you no longer need to update your certification to the latest version prior to registering for a Specialty.  A great place to start would be to review our exam offerings, register, and sit for an exam.

Finding the right exam, start with choosing an exam that aligns with your ArcGIS software expertise.  And, remember to use the exam information guide to review the qualifications, skills measured, and software being tested upon.
