Hi All,
Recently I have bought a Esri Technical Professional course certification voucher. Received all the information about invoice, customer number reference ID. Unfortunately in order fulfillment email I have not received voucher code which is critical for Pearson online VUE registration.
Can anyone help me which Esri team should I reach out. For a matter of fact I am aware that Esri Support Services can address technical queries related to ArcGIS suite of products and not this kind of queries.
Any kind of suggestions on the same would be highly appreciated.

The voucher code will be sent via email from the Service team after you have placed your order, and this will be separate from the order confirmation email. If you haven't received this voucher email, or if you need assistance with vouchers or voucher purchases, please contact the Certification team directly and we can look into this further on your behalf - Contact Us. The Esri Academy requests get forwarded to us as well, but the Contact Form I provided is the fastest way to request assistance. Thanks!
