Hello!

I work for a small (10,000 people) city in Florida and we recently brought our GIS in-house. I manage GIS data for our water, wastewater, electric, stormwater, and planning departments.

We are gearing up for hurricane season and are currently using SeeClickFix for our residents. For $1500 per year, we can synchronize our See-Click-Fix data and ArcGIS Online with their Connector for ArcGIS – SeeClickFix.

Has anyone done this before? How did it work for you? Was it worth the money?

Thanks!

The municipality I work for also uses ArcGIS Online and SeeClickFix, however I am not currently sure if or how these two are synchronized as I am still new and this hasn't been a project I've looked at yet.

Is this a service SeeClickFix or Esri is offering to do? It would be an annual sync not an ongoing process as data comes in? I'm interested in hearing more about this process and connecting the two services as well!

It is a service offered by CivicPlus, which is the company for SeeClickFix (as well as Municode, if you use that). The service is called ArcGIS Connector. I have a meeting with them this week so I will share more if I learn anything the Community might benefit from!
