Urgent: How to order full set up Esri Map Book (Vol. 1 - 37)

This is Joy from Esri China (Hong Kong). We have a potential customer who is a collector of maps. After giving  gave him the latest volume of the Map Book and he loves it very much. We would like to order a full set of Map Book for him to keep. I wonder if it is possible to order the Esri Map Book from Vol 1 to 37?

We found that we can only order Vol 35 - 37 but can't find any older Vol in Esri Press / Amazon / Barnes & Noble. We are in urgent need and would like to see any method to order missing Vol. Thanks!
