My code in the back of the book will not work

80I have just bought a book and tried to sign up for the 180 day trial  but it is apparently already been used even though this book is brand new. I have tried customer service and they said to email because they could not do anything but that would take days to get a reply back and I really need to get these assignments done for class so if there is anything that might be a bit faster to resolve this that would be great.

What book and edition do you happen to have? Also, did it come directly from Esri or a bookstore that provides the newest version of the book? If so, then you may need to reach back out to Customer Support as they should be able to assist you in this, especially with the time crunch you have, I would ensure that they adequately understand your circumstance, you have a new book with a code that does not work.
