Hi Todd,

ArcMap 10.3 is retired, so that edition is no longer supported.

The latest edition in the GIS Tutorial series for ArcMap is for 10.8, you can find out more here.

Do you know if this version of the book came with a CD-ROM? Is there value in giving a shout-out to the community to try to find someone who might have the exercise data associated with the 10.3.x version of this book?

I'm not sure if it had a CD_ROM. This is a good place to post, someone may still have the data.
