Getting to know Arcgis Fourth Edition

I am unable to get the files to do the exercises. I bought the book in Amazon. I click the zip File wchich is almost 500 MB, but nothing happens.

The book is mine and I bought it on Amazon. I never used it sinceI didn't
have the time. But now, I need to learn ARCGIS and I have a licence from
the University of Davies.

This is what I get when I click on the download data link in the link I said.  Using windows 10

You should download the data to a folder, then run the *.exe from there.

Are you saying you don't get this? or are you waiting for something to happen?

First of All thank you for your  help and sorry for my English. When I follow the instructions in the left corner of my screen it apperas an exe File very shortly. But then, when I try to find the exe file is not the Download folder. I am 70 years old  and do not belong to computer generation, but normally whe I discharge something it goes directly to the download folder.
