hello,

When trying to find the DC public school safety map in exercise 1.4, I get an error message: "No items found that meet your criteria. Try changing your search term or clearing some filters to show more items.

thanks!

Hi,

When you search for items the default is to only display items within your organization, to search outside your organization, you have to turn this filter off.

There is a toggle button on the left column under Filters that you will need to turn off. The exact text will depend on the name of your organization, but it will start out with, "Only search in...".

On page 36, step 4, you can see two images, the first one shows a close-up of the button on and the second images shows more context of the location on the page and shows the button off.

Let me know if that works for you.

Thanks,

Craig
