Please help.
I have renewed my maintenance on my ESRI Bronze Membership. It come with exactly 0 of the things that my small business of 8 has come to rely on. ESRI sent me a renewal quote, for that I previously had, only its not what I had. Nothing close. No options were provided on what I actually needed to continue to use what I was using, or even some sort of summary of what I would need to have a seamless transition when my renewal came up. Pleas help if you have any idea.

Hi @WaypointLLC the EPN program has discontinued the Bronze partner level and it has been replaced with the new Member tier. This EPN evolution began October 2024. You can view the new tiers and benefits here. There are some changes between these new EPN levels, and I'd suggest contacting Esri Partner Operations through the contact form at the bottom of this page or submit a case to Partner Ops in the Partner Community to fully understand the changes and evaluate what your company may need in light of these changes.

In this case you will more than likely need to reach out to your account manager, both through your company and through Esri to compare the old terms and conditions regarding your previous membership. If something changed so drastically then there must have been an issue or large change between the renewals. You may need to reach out to Esri support to get this information if you don't have it, or a previous quote may have contact information.

Is there anyone that is able to provide any of the old partner benefits packages. I just needed 3 arcpro seats and fieldmaps users. I have no idea how to make this happen.
@WaypointLLC this question would need to be addressed with the Partner Operations team as they will be able to review your partnership agreement and provide any assistance or exceptions if available.
