EPC 2025 was a comprehensive event aimed at fostering collaboration, recognizing achievements, and providing valuable insights and resources to Esri partners and distributors.

During the opening plenary session at the 2025 Esri Partner Conference, Esri’s Richard Cooke and Thomas Fair introduced new opportunities for partners. They underscored the importance of business and mission-focused systems, highlighting the potential in solutions, content, and services. A particular emphasis was placed on network management systems, parcel management systems, and permitting systems. These areas capitalize on the strengths of solution content and services partners, offering significant opportunities.

During the plenary session on the main stage, a new AI framework was announced, empowering partners to integrate AI capabilities into their products. This innovative framework incorporates AI models, deep learning packages, and large language models into the ArcGIS platform. It enables partners to develop their own models, tools, and data services, significantly enhancing their product offerings. Learn more about Artificial Intelligence HERE

Jack Dangermond welcomes partners from around the World to EPC 2025

Highlights, Key Announcements & Messaging at EPC:

Partners learned about the new content store for ArcGIS, created in partnership with SkyWatch. This store allows imagery and raster partners to list their content, which customers can purchase and provision to their ArcGIS environment. Integrated with ArcGIS Online, the Content Store allows users to discover, task, purchase, and use high-quality satellite imagery from multiple commercial providers through a single interface. It was shared that the plan moving forward is to add new data types to attract more content partners.

At the EPC, a key highlight for partners was the new Partner Experience Center, designed to facilitate connections with the Esri EPN team. Throughout the conference, EPN teams were available to answer questions on various topics, including selling programs, technical enablement, international opportunities, training and services, and Geo Experience. Exciting news for partners planning to attend EsriUC 2025: we intend to bring a similar experience to the User Conference, allowing partners and customers to engage with Esri teams and get their questions answered. The center will also assist customers in finding specific types of partners.

ArcGIS Pipeline Referencing (APR) Specialty was officially announced at EPC to recognize Partners with APR expertise. Customers in the Oil, Gas, and Pipeline industries can confidently rely on Partners with this Specialty to deploy APR toward constructing and managing linear assets in the pipeline.

Lead generation has been added to the Find a Partner Directory system. While partners are encouraged to maintain and regularly update their company directory listing, they now have the ability to optionally enable a lead generation form. Upon activation partners will see a new Contact Us button in their listing which activates a survey123 form that sends directly to the partner contact. Customers wanting to reach out to a partner company directly are encouraged to use this new feature.

Partner awards were presented at EPC where partners were recognized in select categories for excellence & innovation in using GIS – see official Esri PR. Additionally, long-standing partners were recognized for 25 and 30 years as a partner company at the Cornerstone Breakfast hosted by Jack Dangermond.
