I'm fairly new to the Geoportal extension, and am having issues publishing metadata to our Geoportal Server. We recently migrated our data to an ArcGIS 10 database (Postgres 8.4 on RHEL) and now the data which formerly validated in 9.3 will not publish via the Client Publish tool. I get this error:
http status 409 - document failed to validate.</h1><hr size="1" noshade="noshade"><p><b>type</b> status report</p><p><b>message</b> <u>document failed to validate.</u></p><p><b>description</b> <u>the request could not be completed due to a conflict with the current state of the resource (document failed to validate.).</
Any ideas? I've tried upgrading/validating/exporting/importing the metadata to no avail.
