Error: Unable to connect to LDAP

Dear Colleagues,

I have installed the geoportal using MySQL, Apache Directory, TomCat, and LDAP.

I can now see login screen and all the features of the portal. I am ready to use the geoportal. Whenever I try to login, though, I get a message saying: "Unable to connect to LDAP."

I don't know what I did wrong; do you have any suggestions on how I can fix this error?

Could you please provide you gpt.xml file which you are using... It will help us to give you some tips to trouble shoot...

Check if you can connect to your LDAP using a LDAP client (e.g. Jxplorer or Apache Directory Studio) using the LDAP connection settings from your gpt.xml.
