What would be the best way to prepare for the certification? Would be sufficient if I study the courses/tutorials  outlined in the learning plan ? Please advice.

Hi Jayeeta Chakraborty‌,

This is a great question, in addition to covering the information outlined in the certification information PDF I would go through https://community.esri.com/community/esri-technical-certification/blog/2018/04/13/steps-to-certifica.... Just remember its an exam so if you understand the concepts and logic you are able to apply it to many different scenarios. Don't dwell on questions and if you have time, come back to it during the review at the end.
