Web app for Trace and generate SLD for geometric network

hey dears, I am working on a geometric network and want a named user on my portal to be able to Trace and Generate SLD using web app such as Web AppBuilder or Experience Builder or any other app.

my environment:

1- ArcGIS Desktop (ArcMap) 10.8.2
2- ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1
3- Enterprise Gdb (Sql server).
