Hi

I have to transfer raster data (0.5m times 0.5m) to a txt-file with the format x;y;z.

Because of storege issues I must create several txt-files. I used the model builder to clip the raster data with a fishnet (CREATE FISHNET (1km times 1km)), than created a point feature (RASTER TO POINT) of the raster and added xy coordinates.

But now, I don’t know what I must do to export only the z, x, y columns of the attribute-table to the txt-file.

I know, how I can do it manually but I want to use the model builder because it is possible, that I have to do the fishnet (0.5 time 0.5km or 0.25 time 0.25km) smaller. Have anyone an idea?

Best Regards

Gerrit

I think, I found an answer for my question. I will try "ExportXYv".

arcpy.ExportXYv_stats("*.shp",["POINT_X","POINT_Y","Z","],"SEMI-COLON","*.txt","NO_FIELD_NAMES")
