What is the best way to automatically convert several hundred MapInfo TAB files into ESRI file-geodatabases and at the same time retain the symbolization of the TAB-Files (they are all different, so I can not use templates)? Existing software is FME 2017

For a project, I have to automatically convert several hundred MapInfo tabfiles into geodatabases (first for testing purposes in file geodatabases, then Enterprise Geodatabase) and retain the symbolization of the tab files. The goal is to publish later Map Services. Previous attempts with FME failed. The use of lyr-templates is not possible, because the TAB-files all have a different symbolisation. Is there a workaround to this problem? For example, read the symbol attributes in FME, write them to the attributes table of the feature class and then read them with e. g. the Javascript API of ArcGIS?
