Licenses under ArcGIS Developer Bundle

Hi,

My organization purchased a developer bundle and I tried to request for provisioning/authorization files for the below items under the bundle. https://www.esri.com/en-us/arcgis/products/develop-with-arcgis/buy#arcgis_developer_bundle

I am having problems locating the items in red, and the local rep kept sending us portal.json files that do not seem to be relevant

  • ArcGIS Enterprise Extensions:
    •  ArcGIS GeoEvent Server
    •  ArcGIS GeoAnalytics Server
    •  ArcGIS Image Server
    •  ArcGIS Knowledge
    •  ArcGIS Mission
    •  ArcGIS Notebook Server Advanced
    •  ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server Standard or Advanced
    •  ArcGIS Video Server
    • ArcGIS Indoors Maps for ArcGIS Enterprise
      • Five Indoors user types
    • ArcGIS Indoors Spaces for ArcGIS Enterprise
    • ArcGIS IPS for ArcGIS Enterprise
      • Five IPS user types

How can I convey the above clearly to the sales rep? Is there any other channel we can turn to? Thanks

Hey @WilliamKo

Do you happen to have a My.Esri account? If so, you may be able to jump in and check the licenses and obtain authorizations that way, the Sales rep is more than likely just getting the JSON file from there. I would also recommend reaching out to Esri Support if they are not able to help, support may be able to guide you to an alternative location or deliver another JSON file with everything on it.

Hi Cody, I don't have rights to create licenses, only to make request through email. I think we need more than the JSON file, as below is the screen I see when trying to authorize Notebook Server (one of the alternative Server Roles). I tried with the ECP code for the main Server, the wizard accepts it but when I tried to create new site, I see an error message about not having a valid license:

Is there an email I can use to contact Esri Support?

If you have access to Support, here is their main contact: https://support.esri.com/en-us/contact

You should also have an account rep that should be able to assist if that's not the sales rep.
