update ORA CLI in separate servers

I have an installation of ArcSDE for Oracle 10, on separate servers.
Eligible for an upgrade oracle client to 11 without any problems?
Someone who has had any experience with this, thanks

There are different ArcSDE binaries for Oracle 10g and 11g.  I would recommend you use
the client at the same release as the server, and at a patch level at least as high (e.g.,
it should be okay to use a 10.2.0.8 client with a 10.2.0.7 database, but you shouldn't
use a 10.2.0.4 client to a 10.2.0.7 server).
