I've got a large (20gb) DEM mosaic'd from geotiff tiles into an 10 file geodatabase. The raster appears to function just fine when used with 3D analyst to cut cross sections (see image #1).
However, our users need to use the raster in 9.3.1 with HEC GeoRAS. I moved the raster to a 9.3.1 file geodatabase, but when they cut cross sections with 3D analyst in 9.3.1 they get a strange "stair stepped" result (see image #2)
Any ideas? The 9.3.1 data works just fine in ArcGIS 10...
