S-52 symbology

Hi,

We are trying to find a way of applying the IHO S-52 standard symbology to S-57 charts in ArcGIS. Has anybody had experience of this at all? We are using the ENC Data Handler Extension from NOAA to load the charts in. Any information on where to acquire the correct symbology library from or how to use it in ArcGIS would be appreciated.

Hi Chris,

My name is Tim and I work on the Maritime team at Esri.  We have developed an unsupported application for viewing S-57 data in ArcMap.  It renders the data from the source files in S-52 symbology.  It is a simple install and works on the 9.x and 10.0 platforms.

It is not attached because of size limitations.  Please contact me directly and let me know if you have any additional questions.
