Is there a  reason you are stuck with particular card and storage format?

To reduce file size, it is useful to remove extraneous graphics, reduce the geometry clipping to a particular area of interest, remove any unnecessary fields from tables... remove redundant files from geodatabases and just a general house cleaning of the materials you wish to use.

Yes, because I am using a Honeywell CT50 Android device. and it supports only FAT32 format.
