GDB Versioning: How interactively resolve all differences, not only conflicts?

Hi. I'm somewhat new to Geodatabase Versioning, so I'm wondering how others do this: I want to interactively review and resolve all differences between a version and Default. This includes point/line/polygon features, geodatabase tables with relationships, and geodatabase attachments.

Scenario: field crews will be insert/update/deleting data via Collector app. Office staff needs to validate all edits before they go into the Default version.

The only solution I can think of so far is to make an edit to all data in Default just before reconcile and post (e.g. insert current datetime into a date field set up solely for this purpose) . That way all the edits in versions other than default will show as conflict. I'm sure there are better ways to do this. Are there?

I'd much  appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

(geodatabase version 10.3)

I have not used this yet, but it may be of help:

Thanks Chris. Last time I looked at ArcGIS Data Reviewer as an option it didn't deal well with the non-spatial aspects (related geodatabase tables and attachment tables). Maybe it's time for me to take another look at it, though.
