When Enabling an ORACLE database to Enterprise database, an error occurs, but that doesn't happen with an SQL SERVER database. This is shown below with screenshots. I am using Oracle 11g.

You need to follow the install instructions quite closely for a correct install. What parameters did you use (less password, of course)? -V

Are you using the "SDE" schema to Enable the Oracle database?

If you are planning to use the "Enable Enterprise Geodatabase" tool for the oracle database, you should have the Tablespace and "SDE" schema created/configured before running the tool.

The geodatabase administrator in Oracle:
